ACcelerate was founded with the core purpose of bridging the gap in senior female representation at the C-suite and accelerate the progression of female talent to senior leadership roles.
With contributions from industry leading experts in the areas of leadership, talent selection, communication as well as that of seasoned leaders who have reached the highest echelons of their organisations, there will be no scarcity of resources available for the participants to leverage. When designing this program, we have made it our goal to bring to the participants different viewpoints and voices for them to learn from and select for themselves what is most impactful for them.
We are grateful for the support of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) for their role as programme manager and for including this in their certification programme.
We hope that you will enjoy the ACcelerate Programme and benefit immensely from it.
