Lilian Ng is an executive coach with more than 35 years of leadership experience in the life and health insurance industry across Asia and Australia. Former Regional CEO and Managing Director of Prudential plc, she has steered complex transformations, built high-performing multicultural teams, and delivered sustainable growth while navigating multiple economic cycles and crises. As CEO, Insurance, Prudential Corporation Asia (2015–2022), she built Asia’s leading tied agency franchise and the #1 independent bancassurance portfolio, doubling profits and delivering inclusive solutions that brought financial resilience to over 18 million families. Beyond financial results, Lilian has served on 13 boards as Chair/Director, shaping governance culture and engaging regulators on conduct risk and sustainability.
