The program is designed around core content which all participants are expected to register for. In addition, there are elective topics based on the objectives and needs of the participants. This combination of core and the opportunity to personalize differentiates ACcelerate in terms of personal impact.
Program schedule
The program runs over a 6-month period structured around a combination of assessments, 360 feedback, reflection, group learning with experienced faculty, executive panel discussions and individual coaching.
In combination participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their preferred leadership style and learn new approaches to deal with complex situations and stakeholders.
Sample topics include Managing Conflict, Readiness for Board interviews, Developing future leaders etc.
